About this collection
Intuitive watercolor begins without a sketch. The paper is wetted, pigment is allowed to travel and granulate, and the painting is built through decisions made while it dries. The result is soft transitions and textures a print cannot repeat.
These works are mostly 50 x 70 cm and want a wall with air around them: above a sideboard, in a study or as the only painting in a hallway. They sit well in a black or oak frame with a wide mat.
